A Spanish-Italian sandwich using a fusion of traditional ingredients. (meatballs, provolone, basil, marinara, french roll).
July 15-20: Citrus Achiote Chicken
Achiote marinated chicken breast, swiss, lettuce, tomato, citrus aioli on a toasted french roll.
July 29 - Aug 3: The Caprese
Fresh sliced mozzarella, basil, tomato, pesto-garlic aioli on a toasted french roll.
